During my recent visit to Podere Lamberto, I found myself immersed in a culinary experience that pleasantly complemented the tranquil beauty of the Tuscan hills. The farm's smoke-free approach was evident in both its ambiance and the food served in the restaurant, where I savored dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients. One evening, I settled into a cosy lounge with a warm fireplace, sipping on a glass of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. The atmosphere was inviting as I flipped through a well-curated selection in the adjoining library, which offered a nice contrast to my usually hectic life as an environmental scientist. Breakfast was another highlight. It featured a good array, from homemade pastries to fresh juices, giving me the fuel I needed for daily explorations. The intimate setting of the restaurant encourages a sense of community among guests, which was particularly appealing. It was an enriching experience that lingers long after leaving. I look forward to returning to this serene haven.
